CST Cerner will be upgraded on Wednesday, September 24 to a new code version.
CST Cerner will be available throughout the upgrade and there will be no impacts on patient data. However, downstream system connectivity (e.g., EMPI, Sunquest, etc.) will be interrupted for 45 minutes on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Before the interruption, an IT Broadcast will be sent to notify affected staff with any required actions.

OPTIMIZATION MATERIALS
The scheduled implementation of Advanced Capture, which would replace Kofax Batch Capture, has been delayed due to technical issues with the application.
Kofax Batch Scanning will continue to be used as the HIM scanning application until further notice. If you need scanning support please refer to Kofax materials.
A new timeline is to be determined, and a revised go-live date will be announced at a later time.
