Click the drop-down arrow beside PM Conversation and select Update Patient Information.
In the Update Patient Information window, click on the Preferred Name field and add the patient’s preferred name.

Click OK to close the Document Selection window.
Refresh the screen to populate the patient’s preferred name on the Banner Bar.

|
NOTES: To modify the preferred name, edit the existing entry in the Preferred Name field and click Complete. To remove the preferred name, delete the existing entry in the Preferred Name field and click Complete. Refresh the screen to update any changes displaying on the Banner Bar. |
