CST Cerner will be unavailable for approximately 10 hours for system maintenance. The planned downtime will affect all CST Cerner sites from 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 22, to approximately 5 a.m. on Sunday, August 23.
In addition to referencing materials below, medical staff and health-care staff will need to follow established downtime and recovery procedures. This includes using paper-based processes and, for some roles, reconciling information once the system is restored.
