
This topic describes the steps for CST Cerner users to determine what results can be viewed in the Patient Portal for a patient using Results Review in the patient chart.
The steps below can be used to determine which of the following result categories can be seen by the patient:
Clinical documents
General lab results
Microbiology
Pathology
Imaging reports
Follow the below steps to identify (for example) the most recent clinical document, or all clinical documents viewable in the portal.
Open the patient’s chart.
Navigate to Result Review.
Click Procedure Selection, as shown below.
Type Patient Viewable in the Procedure field, then press the Enter key.
A list of Patient Viewable options displays.
Select the appropriate option, as shown in the table below.
For example, to determine clinical documents, select Patient Viewable Clinical Notes.

Click OK.
If results exist, they will display; otherwise, No Result Found will display.
Adjust the clinical range to an appropriate timeframe if needed. The timeframe should not include dates earlier than the portal go-live date.

NOTES: The AccessMyHealth portal go-live date is Feb 4, 2026. The documents created before the go-live date will display in the Results Review if (1) the timeframe include dates earlier than the go-live date, and (2) their note types are included on the list of Patient Viewable Clinical Notes. |
